First, you must cancel your account.
To do this, you may cancel yourself by going into your account, go to menu and select “Cancel Account”.
After submitting a cancellation request, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period. We will bill you for any outstanding overages that occurred during this period.
Afterwards, subscription will deactivate automatically at the end of the paid term.
In case you are due any refunds, they will be provided and you should see the payment reversed in 10–15 business days, depending on your bank's processing speed.
If you notice ongoing charges after cancellation, please contact support to ensure no further billing occurs.
