Start the connection in Gorilla ROI. Log in to <a href="https://app.gorillaroi.com/sellers.php" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">app.gorillaroi.com</a> and open Connections. Find TikTok Shop, and click Connect.

Choose your region. Keep the region set to United States. You can add a nickname if you like. Then, click Connect TikTok Shop. You're taken to TikTok Shop Seller Center.

Check that you're on the owner account. The Gorilla ROI app page opens in Seller Center. If the Install button is greyed out, you're signed in with a sub-account. Only the shop owner account can install the app. To fix that, click your shop name in the top right corner, and choose Log out.

Log in as the owner and click Install. Log back in with the shop owner account. Then go back to Gorilla ROI, and click Connect TikTok Shop again. This time, the Install button is active. Click Install.

Fill in the Install screen. Your shop is already selected under Authorized shop. Leave the access duration set to Unlimited. Enter your contact email. The phone number is optional. Then, click Confirm to install.

Authorize the app. On the Authorize screen, check that the target shop is yours, review the permissions, and tick the acknowledgement box. Then, click Authorize.

Return to Gorilla ROI. You'll see a confirmation. Click Done to head back to Gorilla ROI. TikTok Shop now shows as connected.

Confirm your shop is active. Expand the TikTok Shop row, and you'll see your shop listed as Active. If you want, click Edit to give the shop a nickname, then click Update.

2. Choose your region. Keep the region set to United States. You can add a nickname if you like. Then, click Connect TikTok Shop. You're taken to TikTok Shop Seller Center.
 
 
 
3. Check that you're on the owner account. The Gorilla ROI app page opens in Seller Center. If the Install button is greyed out, you're signed in with a sub-account. You're all set. Your TikTok Shop orders, products, and performance data now sync to Gorilla ROI.
