Ad Set Setup

Provides the setup details including targeting, bidding strategy, budget, schedule, and performance goal.

Select Account

Allows you to select the Seller Account from where data will be retrieved.

Filter

Results per Query: Select the maximum number of records (rows) returned in the output (e.g., 5, 10, 50, 100, 500, 1000).

Field: Select the field to filter by, such as:

  • Ad Set Name (supports EQUALS or CONTAINS)

  • Status (All, Active, Paused, Deleted, Archived)

  • Optimization Goal (All, Link Clicks, Impression, Reach, Landing Page Views, Offsite Conversions, Lead Generation, App Installs, Messages, Video Views, Post Engagement)

  • Billing Event (All, Impressions, Link Clicks, App Installs, Video Views)

Operator: Choose how the filter is applied:

  • EQUALS → Matches the exact value

  • CONTAINS → Matches partial values

Value: Enter or select the value for the chosen field. This can be:

  • Manual input (e.g., Ad Set Name)

  • Dropdown selection (e.g., Status, Optimization Goal, Billing Event)

Add Filter: Use Add Filter to apply multiple conditions within the same group.

Add Filter Group: Use Add Filter Group to create separate groups for advanced filtering.

Options

Replace Blank Values with 0 or N/A: Replaces empty or missing values with 0 or N/A (where applicable).

No Header Row: Removes the header row from the output.

Products with Data Only: Displays only products that have data, hiding those with no data or activity.
