Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) Inventory History

Provides historical WFS inventory data by SKU and date, including stock levels, inventory age, forecasts, and supply metrics.

Select Account

Allows you to select the Seller Account and Marketplaces from where data will be retrieved.

Period

Select the time range for your report using one of three options:

  • Predefined ranges (e.g., Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days etc) for quick selection.

  • Custom to choose a specific start and end date.

  • Last X Daily Values to get day-wise historical data for the selected number of past days (e.g., Number of days --> 22).

Group by

Not applicable for the WFS Inventory History dataset.

Filter

Results per Query: Select the maximum number of records (rows) returned in the output (e.g., 5, 10, 50, 100, 500, 1000).

Field: Select the field to filter by, such as:

  • SKU (supports EQUALS or CONTAINS)

  • GTIN (supports EQUALS or CONTAINS)

  • WPID (supports EQUALS or CONTAINS)

  • Stock Status (All, In_Stock, Out_of_Stock, At Risk, Long Term Out of Stock)

  • WFS Publishing Status (All, Published, Unpublished, System Problem)

  • WFS Life Cycle (All, Active, Retired, Archived)

Operator: Choose how the filter is applied:

  • EQUALS → Matches the exact value

  • CONTAINS → Matches partial values (useful for SKU, GTIN, WPID)

Value: Enter or select the value for the chosen field. This can be:

  • Manual input (e.g., SKU, GTIN, WPID)

  • Dropdown selection (e.g., Stock Status, WFS Published Status, WFS Life Cycle)

Add Filter: Use Add filter to apply multiple conditions within the same group.

Add Filter Group: Use Add Filter Group to create separate groups for advanced filtering.

Options

Replace Blank Values with 0 or N/A: Replaces empty or missing values with 0 or N/A (where applicable).

No Header Row: Removes the header row from the output.

Products with Data Only: Displays only products that have data, hiding those with no data or activity.
