Separate reimbursement data upgrade is required to access this function

Syntax description

Reimburser Replace Gorilla ROI

Description:

Shows replacements issued to customers for completed orders. Amazon documentation found here.

Our improved version will show whether a replacement was also refunded which means Amazon double refunded.

Syntax:

GORILLA_REIMBURSEREPLACE(Seller ID, period, [filter], [reason_code], [start_date], [end_date])

Seller ID – REQUIRED
Enter the seller ID or nickname you entered in your Gorilla account.

period – REQUIRED
Predefined period to get the refunds value. See full list of predefined periods below.

The reason code and matching names used.

start_date – OPTIONAL
Starting date for when period is custom. To use custom dates, specify the period as “CUSTOM”.

end_date – OPTIONAL
Ending date for when period is custom. To use custom dates, specify the period as “CUSTOM”.

Examples:

Returns a detailed list of all issued replacements over the last 60 days for completed orders. Returns the values for Shipment Date, SKU, ASIN, Fulfillment Center Id, Quantity, Replacement Reason, Replacement Amazon Order Id, Original Amazon Order Id, Refund Given.

=GORILLA_REIMBURSEREPLACE("TOY STORE", "THIS YEAR", A2:A10)

Supports 2 dimensional ranges. Bulk return the return reimbursement details of the SKUs listed in A2:A10. Other SKUs will not be loaded.

=GORILLA_REIMBURSEREPLACE("TOY STORE", "CUSTOM", , "Damaged due to DC/FC handling","2023-06-01", "2023-09-15")

Returns all line items where the replacement reason is “Damaged due to DC/FC handling” between the two dates. You can enter a number such as “0” from 0-12 to match Amazon’s replacement reason code. See above.

Returns all line items where the replacement reason is “0” which is the code for “other”. See above for the codes and names.
