Reconcile refunds with this formula

Description:

Returns a table of all orders and compares the quantity of units purchased, shipped and refunded side by side to find discrepancies between purchased vs refunded.

For detailed refunds data, use REFUNDSORDER() to get the full details of the order.

Syntax:

GORILLA_RECONCILEREFUNDS(Seller ID, period, [filter], [marketplace], [reconciled], [start_date], [end_date])

Seller ID – REQUIRED
Enter the seller ID or nickname you entered in your Gorilla account.

period REQUIRED
Enter a predefined period to look up the data or a custom start and end date. See full list of predefined periods below.

reconciled OPTIONAL
Select to choose whether to show all refunded orders or unreconciled refunds.
Valid values:

  • ANY – Default value and will show all orders with a refund

  • NO – Displays only refunded orders where the number of units purchased vs refunded do not match. In other words, show there refunds are potentially “not reconciled”.

start_date OPTIONAL
Starting date for when period is custom. To use custom dates, specify the period as “CUSTOM”.

end_date – OPTIONAL
Ending date for when period is custom. To use custom dates, specify the period as “CUSTOM”.

Examples:

Returns a details list of all refunded orders over the last 7 days showing the number of unit purchased and refunded for the order. No SKUs are specified which will show all transactions across the entire account.

=GORILLA_RECONCILEREFUNDS("TOY STORE", "THIS YEAR", A2:A10)

Supports 2-dimensional ranges. Bulk return the selected list of SKUs in A2:A10. Other SKUs will not be loaded.

=GORILLA_RECONCILEREFUNDS("TOY STORE", "THIS YEAR", A2:A10, "UK", "NO")

Will display the results of all orders with refunds in the UK where the quantities of the units purchased and refunded do not match.
